Kristina Reece won First Place in the 2008 Wake County Florist Association Designer of the Year Competition.
BIO:
Kristina has been in the floral industry for about 12 years. She started out as a "shop girl", and slowly worked her way up the design ladder, as she was taught by wonderful mentors.
She won Designer of the Year Competition for the Northern Piedmont Floral Association in 2006 and then 1st place for the North Carolina State Floral Association Centerpiece Competition in 2007.
She was featured on the Food Network, The Knot, Good Morning Carolina, in Wilmington, N.C., as well as Screen Gems Studios Productions, including "Dawson's Creek" and "One Tree Hill".
Later this year, her designs will be featured in the 2008 Holland Design Party Book #3, distributed by the Holland Flower Council.
